Join a free meditation celebration at Roger Williams Park’s Temple to Music, featuring a sound bath, movement, and guided meditation. Please bring your own mat and wear clothes you can move comfortably in.
This free event is presented by the Roger Williams Park Conservancy in partnership with HUSH Providence, a new initiative to bring mindfulness, movement and music to the local community to create awareness, celebrate iconic spaces, and leverage opportunities to connect.
