The Providence Parks Department and Kiki Rivera Giraud bring you more fitness in the parks!!
This is a 45 minutes bootcamp style using small equipment and your own bodyweight.
Recommendation: bring your own exercise mat and light hand weights or resistance bands. Instructor might provide some. Limited quantity.
Free community class but registration required due to capacity limitations.
