At the Dalrymple Boathouse (map)
This class is open to all experience levels and is a full-body workout. The class will build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Please bring your own mat to enjoy the cool down portion of the class. Please arrive early to your first class to complete a waiver; must be signed by parent/guardian for those under 18.
This FREE class will be held weekly on the Boathouse lawn and is offered as part of Fitness in the Parks Providence.
