His contribution to Diddy’s REVOLT TV has been a driving force behind several groundbreaking initiatives, including partnerships with Diddy’s Ciroc brand and advocacy for the Black Lives Matter movement. Over the last four years, PVD World Music Institute has brought several African Traditional music artists to Providence to transform the city into a musicscape that showcases Providence’s unique cultural music traditions and gives burgeoning artists a voice to communicate with Providence in new and interesting ways. The Providence World Music Series and gives the community a chance to interact with, and appreciate musical traditions as diverse as the people of Africa and the World in Rhode Island.
