One person’s weed is another person’s wildflower. An orchid growing in a wheat field is a weed. Wheat growing among the orchids is a weed. It is all a matter of perspective.Who can really tell which one is which? On this walk, Museum of Natural History docent Bill La Civita introduces participants to the weeds and wildflowers found in the park’s wetlands. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes for this walk.
