Tai Chi Paradigm Introduction at the Gateway Center

Developed by Grandmaster Calvin Chin, this class includes a fundamental training program with exercises and mindful practice of integrated Tai Chi movements to release tension and rigidity in order to regain the ability to become agile, improve balance and coordination, and develop stability and strength. This is an active class, simple but effective in approach, and suitable for first-time beginners, as well as experienced.
