Roger Williams Park is a 435 acre oasis in the heart of one the most densely populated areas of Rhode Island. The woodlands and large ponds provide an ideal place for birds to rest and feed on their migration northwards. Join Museum of Natural History curator Michael Kieron to search for the many migrants and summer residents that can be found in the park. Wear sturdy shoes and bring binoculars. Meet at the Museum of Natural History.
Program free as part of the RWP Conservancy spring tours series.
Children under age 4 are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Pre-registration is preferred. Call 401.680.7248 or email [email protected] to register.
