Have you ever struggled to identify a skull you found in the woods? Come to the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium and learn the major features that distinguish mammal skulls, with particular attention paid to ones most commonly found in our area. After a brief presentation, see examples of the skulls discussed as well as the more exotic specimens from the museum collection, from bears and big cats to otters and skunks. Bring your curiosity and any skull questions you may have!
Program fee: $3 per person (includes museum admission); free for museum members. For ages 12 and older.
